Unfortunately you won't add much traction in that situation - with the other side in the furrow, the dual mostly rides in the air from the angle, and when it does get to dirt, it is scratching the loose surface, not getting into the ground & finding traction.
It'll help, but don't expect a lot.
My TW-20 the furrow wheel finds a lot of traction, the duals on the left kinda float in the trash & spin out a lot.
