Kubota L260 - reasonable purchase price?

My sister is selling a Kubota L260, a 5ft bushhog, and disc. Her price to me is $2000.00. The body has some rust - but the engine/working components have been well maintained. She purchased it from the original owner about 5 years ago - is this price a good one? What can I expect to run into regarding difficulty in finding parts, etc. since it is an oldie?
