In their report where is the mechanical power measured? Anything turning has to produce a torque. It would be slight with the magnet that far away from the coil, but should have been measured.How much friction is there on the brushes? The torque has to overcome that plus the friction of the air around the magnet. When the motor is running, you have to reverse the imput every 180 degrees to keep the magnet turning. When you collapse the field on a large coil, you get a high voltage discharge. In their testing they used a resistor on the output. A resistor heats up from current not voltage. Joe uses neon light bulbs that flash twice per revolution. Light output can be measured. Where is their measurement??? Also when Joe was living at Lucedale ,Mississippi The neighbors could hear in their radios whenever The machine was running. It was producing radio waves. Where is that measurement??? Or do radio transformers not use any power??? This prototype only showed around a half a watt when Joe was testing it, so if you only measure part of the output it will not show more out than in. He brought this cause it was small enough to handle. His first prototype had 55 miles of wire wound in a coil with a very large permanent magnet rotor. It was not designed to be hauled around. Joe had to sell his place at Lucedale to pay for the court costs and lawyer fees & $50,000 for this report. This happened back in the early 80's so I am just going by memory. When the patent office refused to issue the patent, Joe took it to court. The judge appointed a special master because he felt he was not qualified to judge. When the special master checked out the machine he came back with the report that the output did exceed the imput, but the judge refused to believe him. He ruled that Joe was to bring a machine to the National Beureu(sp)of Standards to be tested in a timely manner which I believe was 30 days. Also Joe or his rep should be there for testing. In the 30 days Joe was never notified. When he went to get his machine back they refused to give it to him & said it was the property of the court. They had it for months before he got it back & the commutator was about shot. So they were testing it without him ,against court orders. Any body else that tested it could do so in a day or two. Why did it take them months? After all the problems he had with them, he expected the report to be negetive. Do you think the government would dare to report that it puts out more than in??? That would go against all the teaching that says it can't be done. There are always 2 sides to the story. Instead of trying to pull the rug out from under him, why not learn what he teaches, stand on his shoulders & continue to improve on it???

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
