Depends on how far back the axles are set as to how much tounge weight you would have and how the weight was distributed when loaded. Is it set up like those double axle 25 ton pintle hitch equipment trailers?, most have high strength frames and the axles are set way back on the frame so their is minimal hitch weight on the truck. It takes more truck to stop it than pull it.
