To make the test fair, all the output should have been measured. If it was your prototype, would you still feel it was a fair and honest test? I think not. The test was not for the effiency of the machine. Let the marketplace decide. I say issue the patent. If he has nothing, it will fall by the wayside. If he has something, can it be developed into something useful. I don't remember who replied with the right hand left hand rule when I asked how does the current know which way to go when a wire is passed through a magnetic field. Those are the observed effects. Years ago, people thought the sun moved around the earth. The observed effects sure make it look like it. But that was proven wrong. I am not saying the left & right hand rule is wrong, but it doesn't answer the question. There seems to be a lot of mysterys about electricy and magnetism and until that is 100% understood those rules cannot be set in stone.Have a good night.
Did you even read the test procedure & look at test set up diagram? There were no lights. The heat from the resistors? That was measured as power out of his 'machine' into the resistors....what do you want to do ? Count that twice? Probably still wouldn't make it to his claim. He says he has a Mexican patent & people are using his machine secretly to avoid paying him royalties, so what good would another patent do him? You can sell something without a patent, you know. And without a patent someone can copy it, manufacture & sell millions of the wunnerful 'machines'. Gee, I wonder why neither has happened over the last 30 years? Could there be a reason? Like it is a hoax?
