Jacobsen Information

I am looking for information old and new about the Jacobsen Manufactuering Company.

We know Jacobsen sold to Textron, Textron merged Jacobsen to Homelite, Deere now owns Homelite.

Does this mean that John Deere now owns the remnents (product/ name rights)of Jacobsen?

If anyone could direct me to complete source of history to share with my son, he would appreciate it, as he is still polishing his grandfather's 1965 Jacobsen Garden Tractor, and shares stories with his cousin who has a vintage Ford by Jacobsen.

All historical information would be appreciated.
