first did it chatter when you took it in?chatter is caused my either a flywheel with hard spots in it, due to heat and abuse or a pressure plate that is warped, i would ask the shop how they resurfaced the flywheel, if done on a ammco brake lathe with a flywheel attachment they will not always work on newer flywheels for some reason, it needs to be turned by a job specific flywheel grinder, if it did not chatter when you brought it to the shop you have gotten a bad replacement clutch set and it should have a warrenty on it for parts, labor is up to the shop that installed it but id sure take it back to them , if nessessary depending on what is wrong id ask to have a new flywheel instead of having it resurfaced again
