On a TH350 the reverse clutches are in the bottom of the case - the first thing to go in on an overhaul. No reverse means that the reverse clutches are fried. You'll nee a total overhaul to fix it. If it happens to be a TH400 tranny, they have a reverse band, but I don't think there is an adjustment for it. Again. an overhaul is the only fix.
