I've been following this too. I swear they have been these foolish decisions on purpose. How many weeks to try plugging a kinked pipe with three ruptures. They could have at least used another robot sub to tip the pipe out of the diamond saw kerf. You should see some of the donkey ideas that emerge from the engineers offices in the nuclear industry.Precious few have ever picked up a tool and used it in their entire life.
