I have a Jersey herd and use rationed grazing. Sometimes the cows aren't interested in much grain if they have been able to fill up on clover. I would want to check her temperature and milk to rule out an infection, and check her belly and manure output to rule out bloat or a DA. If she is milking well, and otherwise seems OK, you may want to give her some straw or dry hay, as spring pasture can be low in fiber and lead to rumen acidosis, which could also put her off grain.
