You should have 80/90 GL-5 fluid or at least 90W GL-1 fluid in the tractor. One of the more simple things to check, is the stand pipe orings. Just unbolt the small rectangular housing just under and to the right of the seat. Lift the stand pipe out and replace both oring on it and reinstall. If this does not help, you will either have a cut relief valve or possibly the control valve will be worn out and need replacing. There are other orings that can blow out in the hydraulic pump as well.
