I agree with Pitch if people want to put themselves in danger for fun and profit they ought to have the means to pay any rescue/recovery costs bond or insurance.so if some kid is all alone in mid ocean its ok but if the same kid is home alone for a few days its child abuse??

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
