They tried to tell me it was a new law. Ask them to show me the law. Then I said better yet you can show me and the DPS inspector the law. Guy thought I was bluffing until I pulled out my card file and showed him. The DPS inspectors phone number and the other DPS cards I had. Got my money back and a new battery.
