A friend in the oil business was telling me most of that the other night. Said pressure was the biggest problem with weak casing. He said he's responsible for spills in an area, and said some small lakes and townships had skimmers. He said how they fixed spills was hydrogenated lime was put on it, it sank to the bottom and turned to fertilizer.
