We wonder why the politicians get nothing done, but as with either party my side is right the other ideas are wrong. Just check out this non political tractor site, and you know what answeres each person is going to give before opening up a thread.
I was in the military, and I sure don't think that every opinion there is written by the gods, just rather a opinion based on political lines usualy. We lied about everything as it went up the chain of comand, so they have not a clue either.
I watched a full bird kick a tire in a combat zone, and told the driver to change the tire as he just happened to go by the waiting convoy. Oh yea, the E-6 got busted because he told the driver that the stupid ----General said to change the ----tire. The e-6 tried to tell the full bird you don't need to kick a steer axle tire, rather just a dual needed kicking to check. And he was in chaarge of a whole lot of war.
The full bird had also seen full combat first hand from his office desk (with AC) in Cam Rahn Bay (considered state side duty).I was asked to snap a picture of the full bird standing next to a fifty, I did, but put my finger over the lens so the picture would not turn out.
War games cost lots of young lives from inocent folks.
The president hasn't any more of a clue than does the average street walker, but his opinion does count.
