If you look on the distributor drive housing, there is a cap. Twist it off and you should see a gear inside there. That's where the engine oil goes. It's on the seat side of the tractor if my memory serves me correctly. The tractor should have 4 or 5 quarts, I'm thinking 4. If you aren't in a big hurry, I will be home for July 4th weekend and can check out this stuff in the manual for capacities and e-mail it to you. The e-mail is open. You can probably find a manual on ebay for not much also, and you definitely will want one if you plan on keeping the tractor for a while so you have all the little specs like timing and what not.
