Just a few pics from the last couple days.
Since it was too wet and muddy to do anything on thursday we broke out the fence builind machinery and built fence in the mud. What a good time that was.
This 4020 runs the bale processor everyday. As you can tell the lot is still very muddy at times but we get along.
Went up to the pasture north of town today to check on the cows. They are always curious of the 4 wheelers.

I was up there mowing off some weedy areas in the pasture today. Have been wanting to do this for some time but we have had to much rain.
I came upon this group of calves resting under a shade tree this afternoon. It was a steamy 92 today.

There is a small pond on this pasture. I have even been told it is some pretty good fishing. Not even a ripple on the surface this afternoon.
With all the heat and moisture the corn is coming along quickly. Normally we would see a few tassels in corn fields on july 4th but not before. I planted this corn on April 15th and it looks like we have a chance for an excellent crop.
Yes, wrigley is along every step of the way. Of course right now he is enjoy some peace and quiet in the house. Perhaps he is enjoying the air conditioning as well! bill
