Leah: I do regret being the (probable) bearer of ill tidings, but my 38 Victor catalog, which is pretty good (but not perfect) at listing what various engines were used in, sez the CHS (43/4x61/4) and the CHK 51/8x61/4, were used in (hold your breath!!) Huber and Kay-Gee, period. (That catalog, under Kay-Gee 18-35 (Keck-Gonnerman) shows Buda's to 1935, the Wauk CHK from 36 to end of prod in "WWII". There're probably as many K-G restorers as Huber restorers. My engine lists show several other "C" engines, but the only one in my catalogs is the CU 43/8x51/4, used in Huber Light Four 12-25, which sounds too light even if it did fit or could be Mickey-Moused in. When you have a positive ID I can run my catalogs (no big deal) for other installations. With sympathy, Bud
