I remember our local Co-op had a old seeding chart on the wall that had johnson grass on it , I foget what the rate was . I have two bottom fields that was covered in the stuff , planted hay in them and pasture them also and have very little johnson grass in them now but it has taken awhile . When I was row cropping them I could not control it .
