Got the old M out to rake this week. I am getting some sputtering with a light load. Doesn't sputter at idle. The governer doesn't seem to kick in until i hit a brake at the end of the field. No sputtering then either! I gain a couple mph when I brake to corner, but doesn't seem to help when climbing hills. Is it time to pull the governer apart, or rebuild the carb?
