This hay field was just cut two weeks ago. We where able to get the second cutting of alfalfa/orchard grass up without getting it rained on. These hot humid days are just what the doctor ordered for the crops around here. Most of the crops here in Northeast Iowa look pretty good. Some are excellent I have several fields of corn that are the best corn I have had in them in many years. The back of my farm is pretty rolling. I shot the second picture across the valley of one of my corn fields. You can see the grass water ways in it.
