no road block would be set up on such short notice. Only way to catch them may be with camera on a speed trap set up, and fine them later and charge em with attempted homicide by vehicle -- they are out to kill someone might, be one of our family here on the forum .
I have no problem with thrill seekers and glad they enjoy their (High ) they get from it .
just don't do it where I'm driving or where innocent bystanders could go down with you.
and the careless speed for how they run can't be matched with any police car and will defiantly out maneuver one. Only way is to pursue till someone gets killed . (not good common sense)
