southeast ,ct 34yrs old just got married in june and laid off from my job of 12yrs. now working parttime for local dairy milking and working part time for a friends veggiefarm/csa. i have an old farmhouse on 2ac, a nice veggie patch and some chickens. my family has a 55 ac farm about 8mi. from my house we do some hay around there and my dad raises beef cows. my cousin and i also have a small maple sugaring operation and tap about 300 trees. we never really had any new tractors except for my jd790 , so i guess the antiques are in my blood. we have my grandpas jd h the 1st tractor he bought for the farm, a jd 50,jd 2010, early case 530 backhoe,jd#8mower,nh404 crusher,jd24tbaler, and various other old implements and 2 old 1 lunger motors, 1 is a jd. not too sure i want to go back to work in corporate world after what i have been through, besides that job the only other job i have ever done was working on farms since i was a teen.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
