Like to be able to take the dogs out to the pasture and let them screw around while we fool with the horses. Can only take one or two at a time because of not wanting to mess up the wifes vehicle and I never have room in mine. Almost bought a trailer for hauling dogs today on ebay but while I was talking myself into it (has to be inspected annualy, insured, and have license plates) someone did a buy now. Anyway, got to thinking about these platforms that places like cabellas sell to slip into the receiver. If I'd build something, the most it would way (with all of the dogs) would be 400 pounds but closer to 300.
Think a class II hitch is that strong to have that weight hanging on it?
