Leo; This happen to us 5/6 yrs ago. A Barn painting contractor from Wi. stopped at our farm, out of the blue....and said they were doing roofs in our area. He did one 10m from us, and the next day he was doing one about 5m away from us. So to keep his crew busy, he would do ours for $500.00. He also had the 2 guys put in screws were the tin was loose. Still looks good today. Dunno, maybe we got lucky. tough call on your part! I'll see if I can find a pic. These guys were crazy!! good Luck. Bobmn
