If you folks remember a few months ago I posted a link about traffic violations in my local town on camera and about why I tense up riding my bike in there. Well last night I left work on my new Harley and stopped at one of the interesections in the link just as the light went to red and just as I stopped and less than one second later I was rearended by an empty semi tanker and knocked into the intersection 15-20 feet I never even saw them in my mirror. Driver said he thought I was going to run the light and kept on coming, OUCH! I"m banged up but OK I was wearing a helmet thanks to my wife, back is sore and bike suffered around 5 to 6 grand damage now will have to play the insurance game hopefully the camera will work to my advantage. I will post the camera shot if I can get it. Driver was cited for unassured clear distance. I know the light was red when I stopped and he agreed he was very concerned but drives for a big company so we"ll see.

After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet). I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
