I'm on AT&T and found you have to know the proper port to match the required security level or it doesn't work.
I've always used netscape mail and just now started using thunderbird on one computer. We've always had multiple users and multiple profiles so I've never figured out how to use outlook or outlook express. Netscape 7.2 is getting crash prone but the multiple profiles never transfer the bookmarks and stuff right when I've tried firefox and thunderbird. I've got a couple computers I'd start using outlook on whenever I find someone to walk me through it. Probably have to hire a high school kid to explain it too me.
