Bob, I'm not an electrician but I think the current flow in the 4-Way switch is shown incorrectly. There should be no continuity between the upper terminals or between the lower terminals as your schematic shows. A 4-Way switch switches continiuty from the upper terminal to the opposite lower terminal in one switch position to continuity from the lower terminal to the opposite upper terminal in the other switch position. This is what the two dotted lines should show in your schematic. Pete
