I would measure up the tractor that you are going to use it on. Level the bottom links and the hold the top link level and measure in between. If this dimension is not correct the implement will change angle as you raise it. I built a 3-point draw bar with a top link bracket and I didn't make it quite tall enough, and it doesn't stay level. A cat 1 should be about 25 inches between the flanges and the top link bracket should be 12-15 inches above, I think. Find an implement that lifts well and copy it!
