If that's a wet sleeve engine (I think it is), then its unlikely that you have a pinhole in the sleeve. The wet sleeves are pretty thick. Its more likely that the O-ring is bad in number 5 causing your antifreeze to go into the oil pan. At any rate, you might as well do a complete overhaul as long as it has to come apart anyway. If you ran it very long with water in the oil - you may have ruined the bearings. Check everything!
