A month or so ago, there was the G20 summit up in Canada where the top 20 most industrialized nations met. The president of my country told the other 19 countries that the key to successfully jump starting the global economy was to deficit spend like there's no tomorrow. Thank God that those other 19 countries told my president to go pound sand and he came home feeling dejected and rejected.
A few days ago I began hearing news reports that folks are paying off their credit cards, but many are letting their home mortgages go and let their homes be foreclosed upon, and that's not a good thing. But at least folks are paying off their credit cards, a concept that my government or president can't seem to grasp, as they deficit spend like there's no tomorrow.
Don't get me going. Its a bright sunny and still Summer day. Don't get me going or I might have to go check into a $6,000 per night hotel room at taxpayer's expense and get in a few dozen holes of golf, also at taxpayer's expense. Don't get me going. I want to be in a good mood today, its one of Summer's last and I want to enjoy it.
