In the Sweetwater, Texas area the local Farmers and Ranchers are now for the first time in their lives they are making Real money on the Turbines that are being put on their places. Most of this country requires 30 or mor acres to keep a cow yr-round. Was at a local Service station about a yr ago one rancher has about 150 turbines on his place. Though 10 to 20 is more the norm. Again if you do not like the deal they are offering... Negoceiate a better deal! IMO you should be more near 4k/month than 2k. Hope this helps' Later, John A. PS.
