Don't know where you are in Kansas, but there are a couple of salvage yards, Abilene Machine and Mike's in Buhler. I have bought rims from Mike's, but not from Abilene Machine, but they have lots of stuff. Cheapest tires are from Tire Town in Kansas City area. Most tires are blems. They have a web site.
