A friend from work had that problem several years ago. He tried almost everything and still moles. He finally borrowed a .357 Magnum from his brother-in-law. He mashed down the mole runs and waited. It took a lot of waiting but they finally started digging. His neighbors thought he had lost his mind when he shot but he did get the mole. That is probably not the best way to get them.
Moth balls in the run has worked on my yard. You might try a grub killer on the yard too, as that is what the moles are looking for.
