John, According to what you have said, you have a 1958 420 Standard with LP gas engine and my books show indeed, only 23 made. You are very lucky, I don't know the value, but it would be very high, at least $10,000 or twice that maybe. Not many have changed hands, you know! Be sure to verify the serial number though Deere archives to eliminate the possibility of aftermarket modification. If it is factory, it's worth a mint. LA
