The first 20 bucks or so that you spend on the restoration should be a membership in the International Cockshutt Club. Go to cockshutt.com and sign up. You get the "Cockshutt Quarterly" magazine, which has ads for vendors of parts, classifieds, as well as good articles.
One of the premier parts vendors is Phil Heisey, who will probably check in on this thread. Very honest and knowledgeable guy, who has many parts and much good advice.
