Hire an apprentice to do the things you don't want to do. You will still have your income and less wear and tear. Get a good one or maybe 2 and you will be more productive and make more money. I am 30 + years as a Plumber and just can't/don't want to do the heavy labor part. The biggest struggle I had was picking the right guy and developing some patience.

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
