My county here, Dubuque Ia., used to have the highest consumption per capita in the USA. Between the German and Irish Catholics here you know beer is flowing. I am a Methodist and my Grand Mother was too. She used to joke that the Catholics would have keg at the end of the line in Mass if they could keep it cold. LOL
Here several years ago a Big beer drinker pasted on. He had requested that there be a keg at his visitation. So Right there at the end of the casket they had three kegs with different kinds of beer. It was one He!! of a wake. LOL The Priest was not feeling any pain either by the end of it all. Several of us provided rides home. (I don"t drink beer don"t like it. Now a good bourbon is another story)
