My buddy picked this up at an auction, yesterday. At first glance, I thought it was an lube oil seperator for a steam line. After reading the decal, I'm not sure. It does have the drain-cocks on the top which, to me, would be used to drain oil off of the top of the water. The term water conditioner makes me think of water softners. It may even be something else not thought of. Any ideas?
