Firts category of small would be a company that produces less than 2 million barrels of beer per year. Second category would be a company that is indipendent and is controlled by the beverage industry 25% or less. Traditional would be a company that 50% of its product is either malt or uses adjunts rather then lite flavors to produce the beer.I don't know how many states it makes its beer, last time i checked Samuel Adams had 750 employes.
