I had not been able to determin the end of production, my books only go up to 1954 on the lot numbers and years. Would you have anything that would give year to lot number for the later rakes? I am rebuilding them along with McCormick and Going to John Deere as I have found some that are rebuildable and when I get them ready to go to the field I have a Amish machinery jocky I sell to and he resells them for there use behind their horses. This year so far I have gone through and rebuilt a 3 bar with old style over the bar teeth and a 4 bar and repainted them and within 2 weeks of delivering them he had them sold. That 3 bar I paid $15 for several year ago and got $350 out of it and he sold it for $450. Mostly needed just a loosening up and some bolts and I had good used teeth to put on from anouther rake I am parting out, if I can get the wheels on it loose from the axle then I will put a 4 bar real in it. The 4 bar I used parts of at least 4 different rakes to rebuild it and sold it for $550.

After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet). I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
