Personally I would go with the 7". 30hp, FWD, will handle that easily. I would fill the rear tires with used engine antifreeze. The antifreeze is "free" for me because most auto repair shops must pay someone to come get it. What I have in my rear tires is good for -20* below zero. BTW- I have a little 8n Ford, that is 23hp and pull a 6" blade with it. 25 gallons of antifreeze in each rear tire, makes about 200#"s of weight per tire. Yes, it makes a big difference.
