Sounds more like you're talking about a Gil soil pulverizer than a landscape rake. A landscape rake looks similar to a rear blade but has spring steel tines placed about an inch apart. They're good for raking lumps and debris off while prepping the area. A pulverizer is a big H beam with harrow spikes and usually a rear roller with spikes as well for levelling and prepping the surface. If you have some pull type harrows, just throw some weight on them and drag them around. It will do about the same thing. Dave
