I was talking to a naturopath a few weeks ago about what causes enlarged prostrate. His take on it was that it is a natural reaction of the prostrate to enlarge and protect the family jewels from toxins, likely heavy metals. There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
