I'm not sure what you expect. If they spend money on great customer service, their prices will go up.
I've been buying from them for 30 years. Never had a problem that wasn't resolved. If they send me crap, I send it back - no problem.
Of course they sell a lot of junk. They also sell a lot of good-quality tools at bargain prices. It's up to you to research a little and get the best bang for your buck.
I've bought just as much "junk" USA stuff as from China, Japan, India, Italy, etc.
Back in the 70s, when any specialty tool had to come from Snap On, OTC, etc. - one wrench cost more then a whole set now - from HF.
In one of my shops, I've got 4" and 7" grinders I bought in the 1970s that still work fine. Also got 3/4" and 1" rachet/socket sets. Big . . up to 2" wrenches, special angle wrenches, etc. All have been fine. Note that I've broken my Snap On 3/4 rachet many times. Same for the Deere wrenches that were made in the USA by Bonney and Utica Tool Works. Deere now gives out Chinese replacements.
If you'd rather pay Snap On $50 for one angle-wrench, instead of $20 for an entire 12 piece set that is not as shiny - it's our choice.
I've blown enough money in my early life on Mack, OTC, Snap On, Sioux,Milaukee, etc. I can get the same work done for much less money from HF if I shop carefully.
I heard the same griping back in the early 60s when the "cheap" Japanese junk came flooding in. Now, Japanese is considered "high end." So, now it's India and China.

If it would just start when I turn the key, then I would use it more often. In addition to a bad case of old age, most of the tractor's original electrical system was simply too unreliable to keep. The main focus of this page is to show how I upgr
