First thing would be to take the brake covers off and clean everything. Then see if there is even any brake lijjng left to adjust. Looking at the linkage you should be able to see how to adjust. You will need to get the linkage free first.The covers will come off easy.Always inspect the linning first so you done have metal on metal doesent make any difference what color the tractor is.
