I've been using a Ruger 10/.22 and got real lucky on the first 2....last one was a different story. I really stunk up the neighborhood on the last one. Plus there wasn't any breeze that afternoon, the smell was finally gone by morning. The neighbors haven't said anything about me firing a .22 in the sub-division, in fact, some of them have watched and helped me bury them afterwards. The 2 possums weren't a problem...loaded them in the back of my pickup and finished them off on a nearby minimum maintaince road. Tom
