Just fill the urea tank with water. No lie. IH did a test on a few trucks including the Dodge 5500 or whatever it's called and every truck they tested would drive perfectly on plain water without any derate. If the tank was empty the Dodge wouldn't start after 500 miles or so and some of the heavier engines would derate... but a simple refill with H2O did the trick. Sounds like a plan to me...
