Picked up a new pump from NAPA first thing this morning. It is still the block mount, but a completly different pump, even says it is new and improved on the box.No major mods just a90 on the fuel inlet line, same bolt pattern, little bit different setup for outlet.Turn on the key with one line off to see if it ran longer. It ran and did not stop without pressure, had to disconnect pump wiring.Hookud up the line and tried it again, only ran 3-4 seconds and stopped.Opened up the bleeder on top of the filter and it was full already.Let out some air and the truck started fine, ran fine.Took it down the road and seemed to have more power empty. Will have get it loaded up to see if it helps with the surging. A Thanks for the confirmation on the pump replacement.I will let you know about the loade performance later. Thansk again Ron
