Believe me I have seen the test and both sides have there good points and bad. What I hate is the fact that they tell us how many live because of seat belts but they never tell us how many die because of them. I have yet to ever needed a seat belt to stay alive but have seen to many that had them on and died. I have over 1.5 million miles on my record and have yet to see a reason to wear one other then to die doing so

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
